Strategy & Operations Associate

The Strategy and Operations Associate is an adaptable and nimble role within the company. Using your strategic and problem-solving abilities, you will work with senior management and co-workers alike to constantly improve and evolve business operations. This is a dynamic role that includes both analytical skills as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships and use of creativity when tasked with project management and solution engineering.

This is a high-volume and fast-paced position. The ideal candidate will thrive if they have worked in this setting before. The ideal candidate not only has excellent writing skills but strong interpersonal skills to build rapport across the company with various departments and team members. Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership  
  • Assist and communicate with leadership in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation  
  • Review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them 
  • Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity    
  • Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management
  • Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to
  • define new operational strategies in working with the Co-CEOs on special projects

Required Skills

  • 1 - 3+ years in roles which included project delivery, process implementation, stakeholder management, and data analysis; some high-growth operations or startup experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form    
  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity    
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives   
  • Experience with data analysis and forecasting is a plus   
  • Focus on operations management    
  • Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
  • Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
